2.2 Annual Premium Subscriptions
PARTIAL REFUNDS AVAILABLE: Annual subscribers may be eligible for partial refunds for unused months remaining on their subscription, calculated from the 1st of each month following the refund request.
REFUND CALCULATION: Refunds are calculated based on full months only, not daily pro-ration. For example, if you cancel 3 months into your annual subscription, you will receive a refund for the remaining 9 months of your subscription period.
ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for a refund, your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or other applicable agreements. Refunds are calculated from the 1st of the month following your cancellation request, not the exact date of the request.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
3.1 Individual Digital Products
NO REFUNDS: All individual digital products including premium reports, guides, PDFs, research papers, and standalone digital content are non-refundable. These products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned due to their digital nature.
IMMEDIATE ACCESS: Upon purchase, you gain instant access to download and use digital products. Content cannot be "returned" like physical merchandise, and all individual product sales are final.
3.2 Donations
NON-REFUNDABLE: All donations made to Company are voluntary contributions and are completely non-refundable. Once processed, donation transactions cannot be reversed. Donations help support our independent research and educational content creation.
3.3 Non-Refundable Situations

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS: You must submit cancellation requests before the 20th of any month to avoid charges for the following month. Company requires several days to process cancellations, which is why advance notice is mandatory.
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS: Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time, and refunds will be calculated as described above.
4.2 Cancellation Process
PRIMARY METHOD: Send cancellation requests to support@humanomicsx.com ONLY. NO OTHER EMAIL ADDRESSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR REFUND OR CANCELLATION REQUESTS. You may also use the automatic cancellation system provided by our payment processor (recommended method).
